Resumen
Antecedentes: En Chile existen grandes listas de espera de adolescentes víctimas de violencia interpersonal que requieren atención especializada. Un reciente estudio piloto entrega evidencia preliminar en favor de psicoterapias grupales poco invasivas (centradas en la estabilización de síntomas) durante el tiempo de espera. Sin embargo, queda pendiente conocer más sobre su proyección en el contexto nacional. Objetivo: Evaluar la aceptabilidad y aplicabilidad de las intervenciones grupales con adolescentes de lista de espera en el contexto chileno. Método: Por medio de métodos cualitativos se obtuvo el testimonio de 85 personas involucradas en la experiencia piloto de intervenciones grupales (pacientes, adultas responsables, terapeutas y profesionales de centros especializados). Resultados. Los participantes tienen una valoración favorable de estas intervenciones, sin embargo, se destaca que su implementación en el contexto chileno presenta desafíos clínicos y a nivel contextual. Estos desafíos incluyen aspectos operativos, técnicos, presupuestarios y vinculados a la generación de políticas públicas. Conclusiones: Pese a la evidencia preliminar de utilidad de las intervenciones es necesario resolver problemas de implementación antes de su aplicación más frecuente en Chile.
